| This was the one we had all been waiting for.
And as it turned out it wasn't much of a game. The Frogs rolled early and never looked back. But it was long hard fought season and a fantastic championship for the Frogs!

| The Frogs only had 5 players total on this day, that's right only 5! That means we had a goalie, 4 skaters and NO subs! But even still the Frogs rolled. In fact we did everything we could to keep from scoring more goals. We felt bad for the Sharks but there wasn't much we could do to slow things down.
P.S. it was about 100 degrees at game time (ouch - hot!)

It just isn't fair! Drew Donovon played AWESOME at defense. Jordan was also spectacular at defense and scored a goal. Evan had 3 assists on defense! And Kylie was her usual aggressive self, she also had an assist. But I can't give stars of the game to everyone although I probably should!

| OK, its getting harder and harder to name the stars of the game. All the Frogs played great! The Bulldogs actually out-shot the Frogs and you would think that would spell disaster for the Frogs. However, our goalie Dominic outshined the Bulldogs goalie (Molly Levitt) and came up with 22 awesome saves to seal the victory for the Frogs. |

| The Frogs defense completely shut down the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers. I think the cheeseburgers only had 5 shots on goal for the entire game. It seemed like the puck was always in the Cheeseburgers zone. Jordan and Evan and Sami really frustrated the other team to the point they pretty much gave up by the end of the first half.
The Frogs offense is still sputtering but managed to put up 14 goals.

| This was a great season opener for the Frogs! The Knights were a tough team and the Frogs had a hard time putting the puck in the net. Finally in the 1st period Drew Allen found the net and the Frogs were off and running. Dominic and Mitch looked as if they had played together forever and were awesome scoring the 2, 3, 4 and 5th goals. Kylie stuck up for little Drew when he was cross checked in front of the Knights goal. Kylie knocked the perpetrator about 10 feet across the rink. I think he will think twice the next time he tries to bully a Frog! |
